As a longtime entertainment industry executive, Bill Chardavoyne brings extensive financial and operating experience to the Brash team. As CFO of Activision, Inc. for six years, Chardavoyne oversaw all of the company's financial, tax, investor relations, information technology, and treasury activities and directly managed and supervised a global financial organization with annual net revenues of $1.5 billion. Previously, as CFO of Movietown.com, he was responsible for all business operations of a development-stage Internet company selling home entertainment products and customer-centric marketing intelligence for the home entertainment industry.

During more than a decade with Sony Pictures Entertainment, Chardavoyne directed financial and business activities for the company's Columbia Tri Star Home Video subsidiary. Chardavoyne began his career with Ernst & Young before serving as vice president and controller for Viacom/MTV Networks. A certified public accountant, Chardavoyne is a member of the boards of FTD and the Association of Volleyball Professionals.
