Mitch is a passionate video game and media industry entrepreneur. As Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Brash, Davis has focused on bringing the right team together to fulfill the goal of bringing high-quality games titles around licensed entertainment IP to the masses. Combining his love of games with bold ideas and leadership that are transforming business models at the intersection of gaming and media, Mitch and his partners have formed Brash to be a new kind of entertainment company.

Formerly, as founder, chairman, and CEO of Massive Incorporated, he pioneered the concept of dynamic in-game advertising, which unlocked new revenue opportunities for publishers and developers while delivering global reach and targeted, high-value impressions for global advertisers. In 2006, Mitch was recognized as one of the most influential people in the video game industry by the Wall Street Journal. At the time of its sale to Microsoft in 2006, Massive's media network worked with more than 80 blue chip advertisers including Coca-Cola, Toyota, and every Hollywood studio and served ads in top-selling titles from 40 publishers including EA, Activision, THQ, Take 2, Sony Online Entertainment, Disney, and Vivendi Universal Games.
Davis' other entrepreneurial successes include co-founding Digital Rights, subsequently acquired by Liberty One, as well as co-founding Parcelhouse, an international middleware software developer with clients including FedEx, DHL, and IKEA. During his tenure as Senior Vice President of Encyclopedia Britannica, Davis had P&L responsibility for the Britannica.com and CD-Rom business units. He currently serves as chairman of LiveGamer, which seeks to legitmize the existing virtual game economy with a premier publisher-supported trading platform.
